The NeuroValue Lab is glad to welcome Sarah Condelli, a recent graduate of Revere High School who will be New York University as a first-generation college student this fall. She says “Neurology is an area that is completely new to me, and I became interested because I wanted to learn about the intersectionality between science, healthcare, and social justice and equity.” This summer, Sarah will be focusing her research on the relationship between mental health in epilepsy patients and socio-economic disparities that may impact their quality of care and quality of life.
